The Cutters operate with minimal cutter rotating (90-110 degree) as necessary for tight quarters, with four blades which Designed for rapid cutting of 1" through 8" steel, heavy-wall steel and cast-iron pipes. There is no sparks during cutting operation, serving jobs with such special requirements.
